Brotherhood Brunch Club
A quarterly gathering centering men’s mental health, vulnerability and honest conversation.
The Brotherhood Brunch Club is an initiative of The MAN DOWN Project that creates intentional space for men—particularly BIPOC men—to connect over a meal and explore what it means to live authentically and emotionally free. Through guided conversation and peer connection, we challenge traditional norms around masculinity, vulnerability, and mental health.
What to Expect at Each Brunch
• Guided conversations on mental health, identity, and healing
• Special guests including therapists, artists, and activists
• Nourishing food and community care
• A safe, affirming space for honest reflection
Our First Brunch is Coming Soon
We’re preparing to launch the first Brotherhood Brunch Club — an intentional space where men gather for meaningful conversations about mental health, identity, and healing. Be the first to know when registration opens!
